Shipping Policy

MarcelSalinas.com provides complete world-wide shipping and packing services for all items we sell. All items are packed in-house and shipped via UPS, Fedex, USPS, white glove delivery (for special deliveries) or global carrier services.

All artworks are shipped to confirmed addresses only with signature required and fully insured, so we are unable to ship to PO boxes. Framed artworks ship in double-walled cardboard boxes with compostable, eco-friendly packing peanuts. Unframed artworks ship in sturdy, crush-proof flat in layered cardboard or sturdy, crush-proof shipping tubes.

For some works, shipping is quoted at the time of checkout.  High value items will have shipping costs calculated on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to contact us for a quote.

For tracking your order, when your order ships, you will receive an email with the UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking number. If we ship with a white glove courier, we will be in touch by phone or email to coordinate delivery date and time with our driver.
